Exchange and Return

Exchange and return are available within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with Ukrainian law. Used items are not eligible for exchange or return.

You can return items through the "Easy Return" service when delivered by Nova Poshta within Ukraine. The service is free of charge. If the "Easy Return" service is unavailable, the buyer pays the delivery cost. Returns of goods sent outside of Ukraine are not possible.

Return or exchange is possible only if there are no signs of use and the product retains its original appearance. Products must also be returned in the original box.
