Guarantee

The warranty period in accordance with the State Standards of Ukraine for footwear is 30 calendar days, for bags — 50 calendar days. The warranty periods for footwear and bags are calculated from the day the customer receives the order.
The warranty applies only to the main product and does not cover replaceable or auxiliary elements. Such details include, but are not limited to: heel tips, laces, zippers, decorative hardware, and other similar elements of footwear or leather products.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that arose through our fault:
  • For footwear: seam tears or sole separation (under proper usage);
  • Defects in hardware or zippers that did not result from mechanical damage;
  • Other defects not related to violations of operating, storage, or care conditions.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the product by the customer. We do not bear warranty obligations for the product in the following cases:
  • Deformation due to improper wear, drying near heating devices, as well as contact with chemical or other aggressive substances;
  • Presence of mechanical damage that occurred after the transfer of the product, including damage caused by exposure to moisture, snow, salt, chemicals, extreme temperatures, oxidation processes, or penetration of foreign objects;
  • Wearing shoes out of the season for which they are intended;
  • Coloring of insoles and lining is not considered a defect;
  • Occurrence of defects as a result of force majeure circumstances, accidents, as well as intentional or negligent actions of the customer or third parties;
  • Wear and tear of the product due to prolonged use, which led to deterioration of its functional characteristics or appearance;
  • Detection of traces of independent or unqualified intervention, repair of the product by the customer.
